the dream begins with the fact that my old school added me to their annual day planning group chat. therefore, we thought that they needed my help in planning the function with them for some reason. we had a driver. he left me till my school (we were alone in the car) and i met my mother over there too for some reason. and i don't know why, the time was 1:10 am. pitch black dark. anyway, we gave up and decided we leave this and head back home since we still unsure if my old school needed my help or not. we made something, could be used for the function. it was super cool. it was like a miniature model of a lot of vehicles and aircrafts and ships and stuff. if you opened it, you could see the engines inside. it was almost the real thing, except a smaller version. it was a majestic silver, long, and super cool. well, i don't really remember what happened in this point of the dream. i think that driver guy wanted this model really bad, or there was a conflict, but again i'm unsure. he got violent. he picked up a weapon. i think it was a baseball bat, not sure. he entered our house. now keep in mind. this guy is JACKED. like he's actually strong. me and my family hid. he travelled around the house, really close to us too, but we thankfully didn't get hurt as he missed where we were. he went up, where the other half of my family hid. i followed behind too. there was chaos. i think he spotted someone, but it was all going crazy. i had to even hide OUTSIDE the house, on the side of the balcony, on the verge of just slipping on the thin space and falling to hit the ground beneath. well, after a lot of drama upstairs, i ran back down to find the rest of the family literally sipping chai and watching their phones while the tv was on at low volume. i was confused and told them that maniac is literally out of control and might come down any minute right now. they didn't give a shit in the first time but when i repeated myself and said we're still in danger, we all decided to hide in one bedroom downstairs. i heard footsteps coming downstairs, i felt terrified. he came inside the bedroom and went very close to my parents who laying on their bed with their.. phones? its like they didn't even realise the man came to them. anyway, considering the fact that he's focusing on others right now, i take the oppurtunity to stealthily walk out and exit the house. as i do, i see him return from the room and he is shocked to see me leave. he suddenly begins chasing me. i run out of the house to the neighbourhood society around and starting screaming, tears running down my face 'HELP! HELP!' my voice was slightly higher for some reason and no matter how much i tried, i wasn't able to say it as loud as i could. the man came out only a few steps before retreating back inside the house, a look of slight anger and disappointment. I scream to the people 'call the police! Please call the police!' but no one was even helping. literally no one. i saw an uncle walking out of the house opposite to ours. i told him 'sir, please call the police, please.' and he responded 'oh well, im sorry but i have to go to work/deliver something.' i was so confused. i told him 'sir, imagine your own daughter running away, asking for help, as she was at the verge of death and rape. how would you feel? please help me...' that kinda made him faltered and change his mind as h slightly nodded and pulled out his phone, calling the police. i turned slightly to see my parents and some of my family members look through the balcony of the house. the police arrived, there were only 3 female police, sitting on.. chairs? at a distance. and what shocked me was how casual they were. one of them said 'so shall we resolve this through mail or else we'll come after dinner?' i got frustrated and said 'RIGHT NOW! please, we're all in danger!' i went a little back in my steps idk why. a suspicious man was next to a plant, slightly glaring at me. suddenly he picked up the plant, it was full of spikes that could kill before moving it toward me. before he could do anything, i pushed the plant slightly away before running toward the police. they started getting attacked. i go to one of them, saying 'please! help, get me somewhere else, please!' and she took my hand as she led me to the police car outside. behind us, the suspicious man, who probably worked with the weird violent driver, was chasing us too. he yanked the plant up and it fell on top of the car. i got inside, as he opened the door after me, trying to get in. i used all my force to close it back before the police driver locked it and we rushed off to the police station, tears striking my face as i sobbed. i woke up irl while literally crying and didn't feel like sleeping anymore. not to mention that my eyes felt dry as heck. what does this all mean?
Dreams often reflect our subconscious thoughts and feelings, using symbolic imagery and scenarios to convey deep-seated emotions and experiences. In your dream, several key themes stand out that can offer insights into your current emotional state and life situations.
Old School & Group Chat: The appearance of your old school and being added to a planning group chat suggests nostalgia or unresolved matters related to your past. Schools often symbolize our formative years and foundational experiences. This could indicate a desire or pressure to reconnect with your past or take responsibility in a collaborative way, even if you feel uncertain about your role.
Uncertainty & Darkness: The dream begins in the dark at 1:10 am, a time that might symbolize confusion, fear, or unknown aspects of your life. Meeting your mother here could represent seeking comfort or security from your family amidst this uncertainty. The darkness might symbolize feelings of anxiety, fear of the unknown, or a situation in your waking life that feels overwhelming or out of control.
The Model of Vehicles and Aircraft: Creating a majestic model of various vehicles may symbolize your ambitions, desires for control, or aspirations in life. Its miniature yet detailed nature could represent your dreams and how you perceive your capabilities. The conflict over this model could reflect feelings of rivalry or pressure to possess something significant or worthy in your life.
The Violent Driver: The sudden escalation to violence with the driver may symbolize unresolved anger or frustration either within yourself or from external sources. His presence signifies a threat that feels uncontrollable. You hiding indicates a natural instinct to protect yourself and your family, reflecting anxiety about protecting your loved ones in real life. It could also mirror feelings of vulnerability or fear of being attacked (emotionally or physically).
Family Indifference: The indifference of your family during a time when you felt panic might represent feelings of isolation or frustration regarding your support system. This can symbolize a fear that your family or friends may not understand or support you during times of crisis, affecting your sense of security.
Desperation for Help: Your cries for help, matched with the chaotic atmosphere and the civilians' apathy, reflect feelings of helplessness and anxiety that you might feel in your waking life — possibly in dealing with personal challenges or internal conflicts. The struggle to communicate your urgency could represent feeling overlooked or unheard in your real-life circumstances.
Police Presence: The female police officers being casual during a crisis indicates possible feelings of inadequacy or frustration with authority figures in your life. It may highlight concerns about whether you can rely on others to assist you in difficult times. The bureaucratic delay in their response may symbolize feelings of helplessness and impatience in seeking help.
Final Chase & Escape: The climax of being chased represents a fight-or-flight reaction to perceived danger or stress. Escaping in the police car may symbolize your search for safety and resolution, perhaps indicating your yearning for protection against internal or external threats.
Overall, your intense emotions throughout the dream coupled with the chaotic scenarios suggest deep-seated anxieties or unresolved issues in your life. Feelings of vulnerability, lack of support, and the desire for safety are significant themes. This dream invites you to acknowledge these feelings and consider addressing any current issues in your waking life, whether they relate to relationships, responsibilities, or your emotional state. It could be beneficial to reach out to someone you trust to discuss these feelings, offering a pathway to healing and clarity.
